Do you like bugs, bears and best friends? Then you will love Spotlight on Opera’s production of Goldie B. Locks and the three singing bears! Goldie B. Locks doesn’t just like bugs – she loves them! When a butterfly flutters off from her backyard, she chases it and ends up lost and all alone in the woods. Searching for help, she encounters the new home of the Three Singing Bears and gets herself into some trouble. This children’s opera will tour around the greater Shreveport area at local libraries, galleries and museums. With music by W.A. Mozart and J. Offenbach this show is a sweet and comical rendition of the traditional children’s story “Goldilocks and the three bears.”

Coverini will be playing the role of little Goldie B. Locks.

Admission is free and the performance will be at the Broadmoor Branch Shreve Library.
