Pam Simpson, mother of Spotlight faculty and alumni, tenor Nicholas Simpson, loved books, gardens, and the arts. Spotlight is delighted to honor her in song with some of her favorite music performed by students and faculty. Featuring music by Giuseppe Verdi, the Beatles, Claude-Michel Schönberg, Don McLean and more.
Coverini will be performing ‘The long and winding road’ by the Beatles, ‘The last rose of summer’ from Flotow’s Martha, as well as ‘The Champagne Song’ from Die Fledermaus and ‘Brindisi’ from La traviata.
